  • Improper use (e.g., bleaching, boiling, etc.) voids return eligibility

4. Limited Availability

Trial packs are subject to availability and may be paused or adjusted during peak seasons

5. Refund Disqualification

You will not be eligible for a refund if:

  • Items are returned damaged, stained, or unwashed
  • Proof of shipment is not submitted within the trial window
