Warranty Information

30days warranty cloth diapers

We stand behind the quality of our products, however, we know that occasionally defects occur. Aimerie provides a warranty on workmanship and materials in properly cared-for Aimerie cloth diapers for 30 days from the delivery date of new products from official stores and authorized retailers.

Proof of diaper purchase from an authorized retailer is required. To make a warranty claim, these items must make their way to us: clean, dry, and odor free. Products must be sent at the customer’s expense along with proof of purchase to examine workmanship and materials. After reviewing a returned product, all approved warranty claims will be resolved with an exchange, repair, or store credit (50% -100%) --no monetary refunds will be issued.

The Aimerie Warranty only extends to cloth diapers that were purchased new from official stores and authorized retailers.

This warranty covers the following:

  • Stitching
  • Snap Issues
  • Elastics
  • Other Sewing Defects
  • Holes Discovered Upon Arrival
  • Irregular Shrinkage or Deformity
  • Delamination
  • Cracks in PUL

This warranty does not cover the following:

  • General Wear and Tear
  • Staining
  • Fading
  • Leaking/Repelling
  • Pilling
  • Issues that develop due to improper wash--per our washing instructions
  • Products purchased from buy, sell, trade sites, or previously loved items.

This warranty is voided by:

  • Improper wash from not following our wash and care recommendations.
  • Alterations made to the product (i.e dying, changing snaps, embroidering, etc.)
  • Any of the following has been used in conjunction with the use/care of the product:

             -        Water temperatures exceeding 60°C

             -        Fabric softeners

             -        Any product or chemical not designed for use in laundering clothing

             -        Diaper rash cream is not recommended for cloth diapers

A NOTE ABOUT DETERGENT CHOICE

We recommend using detergents free of optical brighteners, perfumes, fabric softeners, and dyes. Many detergents may leave certain chemical residues on the fabric. Some, not all, babies may react to this residue. If your child has a diaper rash, seek medical advice. Parents are responsible to ensure that the detergent of their choice is safe for their child.
